1. How long does a Consultation typically take?
A consultation usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the size of your closet or based on your needs.
2. What is discussed/takes place at the Consultation?
Once the Consultation is scheduled a Stylist will meet you at your home. Once they arrive you go over you over needs and they begin to asses your closet. After the closet assesment the Stylist will inform you of the packages that they recommend. From that junction you as a client can ask any further questions and book your appointment.
3. How long does an appointment usually take?
The length of the Appointment is solely based upon the Package that you choose and how large or small your closet is.
4. Will the Stylist try and push a brand, trend, fad or their personal style on me?
Absouletly NOT! Our Stylists are here to simply guide you in the right direction. Once you book an appointment with a Stylist you complete a Personal Assesment form. It allows the Stylist to understand your goals and style in the time between the Consultation and your Appointment. Our Stylist is simply there to help you interpret your style and assist you.
5. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
6. Do you accept checks?
We do accept check so long as you have valid form of I.D. We do have a $25 returned check fee for uncleared checks.
